The Wayside Inn's
These are the two Inn’s owned by the same industrious halfling Teddy Jingles. They are both called The Wayside Inn’s. They are situated along the Bay Road to provide shelter at a days ride out of either Two Moon Bay or Northport. They are generally called “The Northern” and “The Southern” by the locals. You can always tell a person is not from the area when they comment about the Inn’s having the same name and not referring to them in such a way. The Inns have similar floor plans and stable facilities. The price for room and board tend to be slightly exaggerated, but nothing out of the ordinary. The accommodations are austere, the food hearty, and the drink potent.
The owner Teddy Jingles is rarely seen at either Inn. It’s said he prefers his house in Two Moon Bay which has much more comfortable appointments. He leaves the day to day operation of both Inn’s to his hired staff.
