The village on the far southwestern side of the bay. It is the second oldest settlement in the barony. It is mainly just a fishing village with very little exported except for fish or fishing related products and a little bit of agricultural stuff. It’s fairly quiet over here, and not much really goes on besides fishing and drinking. The town is overseen by a sheriff appointed by The Baron to handle the law enforcement in Bayside and Janak Treehorn the Alderman to manage the civic stuff and to collect the taxes. Janak Treehorn is a salty old cuss, but he means well, and he has won every election in Bayside for 35 years.
The Sheriff here, Thynas Grey, a notoriously hard man doesn’t tolerate any monkey business in his snug little hamlet. There are also 3 other deputies that assist Thynas with keeping the village safe. Their workload is light usually, and that’s exactly how they like it.
